Mission Statement:
to edify and evangelize as an independent ministry, as well as with others,
to those who are presently, previously and/or potentially incarcerated.

Who We Are

Passion for Prison is a non-profit ministry with a heart to reach the lost for Jesus Christ. Our mission is simple — to edify and evangelize. We also serve as a bridge of hope, helping families stay connected with their loved ones who are incarcerated.

What We Do

At Passion for Prison, we believe every life can be transformed by the love and faith in Jesus Christ. Our ministry reaches behind prison walls and continues beyond them, sharing hope, encouragement, and lasting discipleship.

  • Encourage those in prison: Bringing messages of hope, compassion, and faith to men and women who feel forgotten.
  • Provide continuous ministry: Building lasting relationships through letters, visits, and spiritual support.
  • Prison release follow-up: Offering encouragement and guidance as individuals transition back into the community.
  • Mentoring and discipleship: Helping believers grow in faith and develop a strong walk with Christ through mentoring and spiritual challenge.
  • Holiday visitations: Sharing fellowship, prayer, and encouragement during major holidays to remind inmates they are not alone.
  • Prayer, praise, and Bible study: Leading worship gatherings, Bible discussions, and video presentations that strengthen faith and unity.
